A booking is considered confirmed once full payment is received and you receive written confirmation from Amaras Tour.

Until that point, inquiries remain preliminary even if seats were open at the time of inquiry.

Upon confirmation, your seats are guaranteed.

Amaras Tour operates on a 100% prepayment basis for tour bookings.

Payment is accepted after confirming tour availability and final pricing.

This ensures dedicated vehicle reservations, certified guide assignments, and all itinerary logistics in advance.

Standard group tours include comfortable transport along the itinerary, certified professional guide, complimentary bottled water, and traditional Armenian treats.

Museum/attraction entrance tickets, meals at restaurants, and personal expenses are paid separately on site.

If adverse mountain weather or road closures make the route unsafe, we will notify you promptly.

We offer rescheduling to another date, an alternative route, or a full refund. Guest safety always takes precedence over itineraries.
