Garni — Geghard — Symphony of Stones

This route is the perfect first encounter with Armenia.

The journey starts at Charents Arch, an iconic spot with one of the best views of Mount Ararat — the panorama everyone recognises at first sight.

Next you visit Garni Temple, the only surviving 1st-century pagan temple in the Caucasus, built in Greco-Roman style above a picturesque gorge.

Then comes the Symphony of Stones, a unique natural monument where basalt columns form fantastic shapes created by nature itself.

After that — Geghard Monastery, a 4th–13th-century spiritual complex partly carved into the rock and listed as UNESCO World Heritage.

The tour ends with a genuine Armenian lavash-baking masterclass: watch the traditional process and taste fresh, hot bread straight from the tonir.

For those who want to see Armenia's history, nature and living traditions in one day.
